  Rachel has been so amazing to work with. From day one, she worked hard for my partner and I on purchasing our first home. She always had her finger on the pulse while also holding our hands through the entire process. Not to mention her ability to cat herd when the need arose. 11/10 and would give more stars if I could.   Rachel delivered on all aspects of services provided in aiding the sale of our home in the Las Vegas area. Rachel was professional, thorough, accommodating, dedicated to the sale of home, and provided excellent general service. Rachel projected a realistic sale price in the very beginning of the sale process that was slightly above market value and the home sold too the exact number. Being a first time seller, I had many questions and I appreciated Rachel taking the time out to give a full breakdown and explanation for any questions that I had. In addition, she truly protected the property as if it was her own. I am an out of state resident and one of the neighbor’s visitors attempted to utilize the selling residency for long term parking. Due to the watchful eye of Rachel, she immediately identified an issue and took real action to resolve the problem quickly. Rachel also assisted with other areas such as helping to identify POCs for estate sales, coordinating repairs, etc. Rachel was extremely prompt with coordinating and signing paperwork as well. Rachel gave us the pros & cons on any suggested negotiation strategies prior to execution but, fully supported any final decisions made by the seller. Rachel is as good as advertised. I highly recommend her services.

  First of all. I would like to thank Rachel and her team for selling my father’s home for my brother and I. Both my brother and I were from out of state and needed someone locally to handle our property. Rachel more than exceeded our expectations for selling our home. Rachel made sure that our house was well taken care of. She and her team even assisted with moving out furniture and other unwanted property.
  
  Overall, Rachel was very professional and thorough with us. If we are ever in the market to buy or sell in the Las Vegas market, we will be calling upon Rachel. She is now our go to realtor in Las Vegas. Highly recommended!
