I usually go in the mornings so I am not fighting for equipment but even on the weekends when it is busier I have not had any issues. I personally enjoy the freestanding rig and bumper plates so I can do more CrossFit type workouts but they have all the machines and free weights needed to get a good workout as well.

(June 24, 2018, 6:28 pm)Fitness 19 is a good neighborhood gym. It has all of the basics nothing more. They do have a days care for kids. The price is great for what you get. There is TRX for people who like the cross fit type workout. If you don't need towel service, sauna, pool and the extras I would recommend it.
