Cruise America RV Rental and Sales

Alex was my salesman at Cruise America.
He was awesome! I vasilated between a totally refurbished RV vs. a model that was acceptable, but needed cosmetics,.
As I just retired after 33 years as an RN, I went for a top of the line RV.
I have friends in the 3 states I worked and dear friend in British Columbia.
My dream is to drive up California, Oregon Coastlines to see my family in Portland, Oregon. Then continue North to BC.
Alex helped me make that dream a reality.

Our Salesman Alex is the type of salesman that you don't see much anymore. Sure, he wanted to sell us the truck that we eventually bought, but he made the sale by putting in the work to make sure that we got what we wanted for a price that everyone was happy with. During the purchase process, I showed a clear lack of trust, and my wife and I made several odd or specific requests, but Alex took it all in stride and did his best for us.

My wife and I flew into Vegas from Los Angeles on a $300 flight and transportation voucher provided by Cruise America. Once at the dealership it was seamless. Alex took us through a thorough tour of our 19G RV and the paper work process was organized and prepared.
