His supervisor, on the other hand, needs to focus on line management & less chit chatting. Store is newer & super clean. Great item selection & orderly.

(March 17, 2019, 6:44 pm)New Southwest location making it more convenient for me to get to Costco. I see some familiar faces here from the other locations, which is great because these familiar faces are the staff that are good.
Customer service at this location is wonderful. Everything is just like most other locations I've been to, so things are generally not hard to find.
The patrons at this location is much more nicer to each other. I've been to a few where patrons are rude and seriously try to run us over just for a parking spot. Haven't had an issue here. -

(March 11, 2019, 11:39 pm)Love this location. The staff is wonderful and they've got some serious hustle in them. I got one of the two pack gift cards that I normally have to go to the window to get after I check out and before I could even walk over there, a staff member jogged over to my checkout line to give me the envelope with gift cards. At the mobile kiosk, Cory is a saint! Super nice and excellent at his job!
We are happy to be regulars at this location now! -

(February 2, 2019, 7:18 pm)They always have everything that we don't need! So we buy it :) I try to avoid getting the "fresh" vegetables inside, they tend to go back too quickly for us. Great deals on the Frozen veggies though! Lots of food sampling and people who can't seem to understand personal space, but the comes with the territory. The workers are treated well and they deserve to be treated with good mannerism from you too. We will be back!
