  Every time I am in Vegas, I try to get in at least one intense workout to help offset some of the damage of the debauchery planned for the rest of the trip. I'm a huge boxing fan, so I'm always on the lookout for any opportunity to get in a few rounds on the bags. I feel so lucky to have found Redemption Fitness this past weekend. The facility is beautiful, the staff was ridiculously helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience, and most importantly, our instructor Rae was AMAZING.
  
  The Saturday morning REBEL boxing conditioning class was like nothing I had ever experienced before... The class took place in an almost club like atmosphere, set to a surprisingly good soundtrack full of beats that seriously kept the blood pumping. From the beginning, Rae got us hyped up for the workout and then carefully went through tips on boxing technique and combos. After the warmup, we got straight to business and basically went nonstop for the full class. Rae was somehow able to juggle explaining what everyone should be doing, walking around checking/fixing people's technique and keeping everyone motivated to keep going. She also gave us options to modify the workouts if it got to challenging, but definitely encouraged everyone to at least try to go all out if possible.
  
  I had such a good time that I stuck around for the REP: UPPER BODY SMASH class that Rae taught afterwords. That was a killer class with and mix of treadmill sprints and weight training exercises. Again, Rae was awesome at leading the class and really made a tough workout feel like a lot of fun. There were also some serious athletes taking both classes alongside me, which totally motivated to push harder throughout the classes.
  
  I highly, highly recommend checking out Redemption Fitness, and especially any class that Rae teaches! It was one of the highlights of my trip and I can't wait to go back.

  If you're looking for a high quality gym experience, Redemption Fitness is the place! Their 3 classes (Ride, Rep, and Rebel) are a great mix of cardio, weights and endurance. Every class is always different helping make workouts not only super effective for all muscle groups, but also fun so you aren't always doing the same thing. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and are always there to support and encourage you to achieve your goals. The front desk staff, Madison and Rachel, are the best I've encountered and help make the gym feel like a family! Location is perfect, tons of parking, great shopping plaza, and centrally located in Summerlin. If you live in Las Vegas or just visiting this is a place you have to check out!

  Hands down, one of the best work out facilities in Las Vegas! The staff is super friendly & the instructors are very motivational! I love the class options which Redemption fitness offers. Class ranges from spin class, kickboxing, bootcamp style training that’s similar to Barry’s Bootcamp in LA/Orange Theory Classes. Come and check out this place!

  If I could give 10 stars I would!
  
  I came to check out REDEMPTION during their grand opening and I fell in LOVE with the atmosphere, classes and people!
  
  My favorite class is RUMBLE with Neil on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 PM! He kicks your ass in the best way possible, and always has awesome tunes that make this one of the most enjoyable forms of cardio that I've ever tried!
  
  I also LOVE Maria's RIDE class - she kicks ass too! I always feel HIGH on endorphins after leaving her class (and HUNGRY LOL!)
  
  Shoes and gloves are cheap to rent (only $3) if you don't have your own, so it's super affordable to try something out if you are unsure.
  
  The locker room is always clean with convenient amenities like a hair dryer, hair ties, and deodorant. The shower heats up QUICK and has great pressure, so you'll have no problem washing up (the provided body wash and shampoo smells super yummy too.)
  
  When you go to REDEMPTION you are greeted by name and all of the staff are friendly and fun to chat with. The location is amazing too - check out Flower Child or Panacea for delicious post-workout meals or Athleta if you have cash burning a hole in your pocket (everything is soo cute.)
  
  I can not recommend REDEMPTION highly enough, if you want to be motivated, and ENJOY your ass kicking (with cute branding that is great for the GRAM) this is the spot!!!

  I love Susan Kocab's Rumble and rep classes. The energy in the room is great and the hour in these classes go by fast because the workouts are great along with the music. The classes are by far the best I have been to and I get my butt kicked every time. The gym is really nice along with the staff. I highly recommend this gym
