WFG National Title Company was very on the ball as an escrow company. I had opened escrow at the beginning of December because I had accepted an offer when I was selling my home. The company was extremely fast and efficient at getting paperwork done, especially with holidays added on top of that! They had coordinated with me (the seller) and the buyers agent extremely well and cleared any confusion either party had.

Lastly, the signing process was extremely fast and easy. We closed about 3 weeks later, which is amazingly fast for anyones standards! I will be using them again in the future and would recommend them to any of my friends as well.

The title specialists worked closely with me and kept me informed throughout the process. They managed a complex close, sell and a buy with a two day time frame with very tight deadlines. Additionally I was in CT for a NV closing and they handled everything seamlessly. I can’t think of anything they could have done better. Professional courteous and efficient. Easiest part of the transaction.
