Students MUST go through the process of learning by attending beginning classes in order to gain knowledge of their bodies alignment and the poses. This allows one to practice safely with the best instruction for each individual. Instructions on the website are clear allowing one to choose which classes to attend. Holly is approachable should you have any questions as to which class to attend. Be sure to contact her prior to attending so that you are in the best class for your body. I’m so thrilled to be able to learn yoga, to practice yoga and to be growing in my practice every day. No matter what your age, size, or ability there is a class for you. ALL are welcome and be sure to contact her to determine which classes to attend.
