(May 3, 2021, 1:00 pm)My review is a tad late, however, I have been celebrating my birthday all week. My birthday was on Monday, April 26th & I was getting a new phone as a gift. The atmosphere was amazing & the sales agents (Nashiff "Cookie" & Minesha) were GREAT!! Not only were they personable, each were equally professional & took care of ALL of my needs & questions. We definitely need to keep women like this especially women of color in our community since each has an uplifting spirit. To the hiring team of this Cricket location on Owens: GREAT job & continue to hire positive & professional people!!
