Just wanted to say thanks to everyone at Access to Healthcare Network. They are always friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with any conflicts or issues I might have and they do so with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help. I am very grateful for their hard work in making my enrollment process for RWPB assistance as easy as possible each time I need to renew. A stark contrast from my past experience with going for the same assistance at Aid for AIDS of Nevada (AFAN).

When I use to go to AFAN in 2009 to 2011 to enroll in RWPB assistance at many times in was incredibly daunting. There were too many staff and yet it took too long to be seen or to have my paper work processed. AFAN's Zero Tolerance Policy for clients, which I had to sign at each appointment, was a very harsh and intimidating reminder to clients like me of how we would have our services suspending or terminated for breaking any of the rules listed on that policy which included everything from being too rude to staff or making negative comments online about that agency. There was a large version of that policy hung on every wall of their building to help remind clients of these rules. While some of AFAN staff were nice people, I'd very much rather continue going to Access to Healthcare for as long as possible.

Again thank each and everyone of you at AHN! And keep up the great work! You guys rock!
