I’ve been a loyal customer of extra space storage for quite some time now. I first started storing my things here because they were the only Company that had air conditioning in their units. Another reason why I decided to store my valuables here is because their location is very secure. Not only do you need a gate code to get in the lot but you also need a gate code to get in your building a gate code to use the elevator and a gate code to actually access the floor in which your units are located. The added security not only gives me peace of mind, but also shows me that they value my valuables just as I do. The staff is always so helpful and so polite. There have been a couple times over the course of about a year where the elevator is not working or the doors are not working and within 15 to 20 minutes they had somebody working on them and had them up and running. The staff is so nice and so patient. I’ve had a positive experience with Sandra, to where I was having an issue with my account. Not only was she very patient, she let me vent, understood my situation, and where I was coming from, and gave me a resolution that we were both happy with. I recommended this specific location to multiple family members and friends, and a few of them actually store their valuables here as well. I cannot say enough good things about this location, and it’s wonderful stuff are that much better.

Ariana helped me to get a new unit today! I actually talk with her before over the phone and she helped me tons. Today I went to make sure I gave them my last unit cleaned, and also get the new one, this time smaller. The process was very easy and in less than 10 minutes I was out of there. Ariana was very good explaining the situation and how much my payment would be. Thank you Ariana! :D Make sure to ask for her!
