Mental Health Counseling and Wellness Center

I've been seeing Dr. Martin Binyange for quite some time now and I absolutely love him. He is the first (and only) psychiatrist I've ever seen. I felt really low when I initially reached out to his office; my mental health was negatively impacting my work performance and my relationships. He reassured me that we could find something to help, which he worked with me to find the right dosage of my medication. Ever since, my life has been so much better and I can't thank him enough.

It's hard to find honest reviews about places working with mental health, so I just wanted to give a shout out. I've been seeing Dr. Muigai for about 6 months now and I am so grateful I reached out. From the start she has helped with structure and treatment of my ADHD and she has always listened with kindness and compassion. The receptionist is super kind and helpful, too even when I'm regrettably cranky and impatient.

Dr Binyange is a wonderful man. He has a very kind and gentle way about him and a beautiful smile. He makes it very easy to talk to him. He is always willing to answer my questions about my son's medications. He actively listens and works to make the person better, not just medicate and increase doses. Additionally my son is transgender with severe dysphoria. Dr B NEVER gets his pronouns or chosen name wrong. He is incredibly LGBTQIA+ friendly. Not only do I recommend him but I myself have chosen to leave my psychiatrist of over 5 years to switch to him myself. His staff is kind and professional. I am hard of hearing so they always call me before appointment. Can't recommend this doctor enough.
