  Loved our sales rep Lauren. She helped us configure our options with the space I had for my Love Sac sectionals and the budget I was dealing with. There was no pressure from her and she gave me time to go through all the choices. ????????

  Have always been taken care of at Lovesac! They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. Recently had a warranty issue where they expedited it so we would be set for the holidays!

  I was always a bit skeptical of LoveSac given the prices, but I figured I'd take a look since I'd been window shopping around town. Lauren greeted us and began educating us on the various configurations and lifetime warranty. They also helped us choose a fabric that would be easiest to maintain with pets, and also noted that the sofa can be configured as a queen-size guest bed! I'm very excited to try out our new sofa and test all the various configurations, and someday change up the look. ???? I'm very impressed with the time Lauren spent educating us and assisting us with our order. I'm sure I'll be back to visit and see what additional tips and tricks we can learn.

  Associates were all very personable and attentive. Despite the store being very busy on a holiday the ladies worked well together to make sure everyone was well taken care of even if they had to wait temporarily. The promotional discount for the holiday was great! One of the best I've seen for Lovesac. The process was quick and easy for ordering our new couches. Can't wait to receive them!
