Kiera is the *perfect* instructor for me. I'm a long-time yoga practitioner, and now that I'm in my mid 40s, I am looking for new ways to stay strong, flexible, and active. Kiera really understands how to adjust workouts for where I am physically, energetically, and hormonally on any given day, and I really appreciate that. She's super knowledgeable, conscientious, and she pays attention to every detail, so I know I won't end up getting injured under her guidance. In fact, my body feels healed and energized after working with her for the past year. I really trust her and can't recommend her highly enough!

Kiera has been my health coach and Pilates instructor since December 2020. Without pushing me to my breaking point like other trainers have done in my experience, Kiera listens and recognizes exactly what I need to do to get stronger in a comfortable way. I've not only lost 20 lbs, I also have more definition, balance and confidence in myself and my abilities. Could I have accomplished my goals without Kiera? Maybe. But I look forward to seeing her every week and every day online. Putting in the work is so much better with such a patient, experienced and reliable coach.
Kiera is an amazing Pilates and Weights trainer that I have been working with for over 3 years. She has helped transform my body! When I first started with her my posture was hunched, head forward and I had no strength in the muscles between my shoulder blades that would help correct my posture. I couldn’t find any connections in my body and she taught me how to find the muscles needed to do the exercises correctly. Pilates is not easy to learn as I have discovered. But being taught by someone as knowledgeable as Keira has made it fun and successful. Having a private instructor enables them to correct your form while you are doing the exercise which is something that group classes just doesn’t offer. I did take group classes while on vacation and almost killed myself by doing an exercise incorrectly. I had been using other trainers for years all of which had been training me wrong so I was getting injured all the time. She started from the beginning and re-taught me the right way to exercise.
Being in my 60’s and coming to Pilates and weights training later in life, made me realize that the benefit of a private lessons. Kiera’s knowledge of contemporary Pilates, weight training and nutrition makes her a complete package!
