  From beginning to end, everything about my first visit was mind-blowing. I interacted with Jennifer when I dropped off my serum on Monday and again today. She was great! The nurses were amazing too! I only remember Ashley's name, but I believe there was another that came in as well. Upon chatting with Dr. Tottori, it was a conversation. There were no assumptions, belittling, or pre-conceived ideas. I wasn't sure about allergy re-testing as I had just been tested in December, but everything he said made sense and we went with it. Negative. A second round of testing...pretty much negative. What the heck??? My mind was blown a second time after having been on shots elsewhere (locally) for a long time! I am still processing, but glad we made the switch to Tottori Allergy and Asthma Associates. Manny was extraordinary about explaining everything at the end too. Italy (did I get it right?) at checkout was a rock star as well! What a sensational overall experience! If you're looking for a thorough allergist that is looking out for your best interest, this is the way to go. My son is up next...

  Excellent first time office visit at Charleston location..
  They were able to see me 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment time after only waiting 5 minutes once I arrived.
  Each and every member of the staff were EXCELLENT with communication and sharing in the diagnosis and treatment.
  Comfortable lobby with plenty of seating. Covid19 protocols were exceptional. Calm & inviting atmosphere.
  They were able to do a multitude of asthma & allergy tests on the spot without delay. Referrals to specialists handled with ease.
  5RX's sent straight to my pharmacy of choice.
  Follow up appointment scheduled, and out the door I went.

  They were all nice and fast. The clinic is clean and looks professional. The front office staff can use a bit more work. No eye contact, talking with others while they help you, etc. The doctor was really great and straightforward along with his assistants.
