Lucius Blanchard, MD

Dr. Blanchard is awesome & the only doctor in 12 years that has known & diagnosed my son Devin with his condition. Dr. Blanchard knew what disease my son had in 2 minutes & knew everything about it in less than 2 more minutes & had a care plan for my son's Primary physician within 5 minutes total of the whole visit. He is the most amazing awesome wonderful specializing doctor I have ever met & I'm a very sick person who has to see numerous physician's on a regular basis. I love this man. He gave us an answer finally A DIAGNOSIS AFTER 12 LONG YRS!!! We r so very grateful to God & Dr. Blanchard & his medical assistant & his entire staff!!! I like morning appointments because parking is sometimes limited in the afternoon. Your staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Dr. Blanchard is also professional and did a complete scan of my body. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, but I was taken around 9:20 and on my way home at 9:35! Wonderful! Per the doctor's suggestion, I have already made an appointment for September 2020 (the one year anniversary). You have a very well-run and clean office and, again, your staff is great!

The doctor gave exceptional service, as did his assistants. The only recommendation I may give is in letting the front staff know that they should stop their personal conversations when a guest/client approaches the desk. The main person in the center, where we signed in, continued talking to her coworker and at no time looked up, greeted, or smiled at us at all. I've worked reception and would always make eye contact when people approached my desk. That's the only suggestion I have, since she's the first point of contact for the office. Other than that, it went very well.

I was impressed with the friendliness off the staff and the cleanliness of the office. Blossom took care of me and her attitude made me feel comfortable and at ease. I appreciated how she explained the procedure to me. Dr. Blanchard was professional and yet kind in his approach to me. Should I ever have additional issues, I will not hesitate to return to Dr. Blanchard.

Dr. Blanchard was extremely thorough and quick. He put my mind at ease immediately and then checked my full body for anything else that may be suspicious. It is not easy to find a doctor with this much experience. Thank you for getting me in to your office so quickly!!
