I sure wish I lived closer to this SPRINT store! The employees were sooo nice & friendly!! The manager KYLE made you feel at home & ALEX & MARCOS were so caring to their customers that even if I didn't have a Sprint phone I would have changed my carrier in a N.Y. minute!!

I’ve got to give this place 5 stars, even though my issue isn’t resolved quite yet. I’m doing this because even if it were to never resolve, Jason, the lead tech, was extremely helpful and dedicated to fixing my issue as best as he could. My iPhone XR lost service 6 days ago, and no one can figure out why. Not him, the techs, or the network engineers. It’s a mystery problem that evidently no one has seen before. They even ordered me a brand new phone and it STILL won’t activate. But from the moment I took it in, he was determined to help me any way he could, and followed up with me multiple times, escalating my problem through the network engineers so I didn’t have to go even LONGER without service. He’s fantastic, and I appreciate him being so great, even if I’ve been pretty cranky throughout this entire process.
Also a shout out to Ivan...or Evan...I think? He was funny and helped cheer me up when I had to sit for hours. As well as the lady who helped me the second time I came in. Alex...? I’m so bad with names.
