Wonderful and caring staff from the owner Luz, all the way down through the entire company. CNA’s with genuine care of the cleanliness, living conditions, etc. of their patients. Knowledgeable nurses and therapists who take personal interest in the care, progression, and health of their patients. Many Filipino staff fill any position you may require (which can be important to Filipino patients and their families) nevertheless, all Royal Majesty staff, Filipino or not, were second to none when it came to the care of my loved one. Every RM employee that served my loved one were not only professional, they were exceptional and my family was happy to welcome each one into our home.
