  Victor Regalado may be young, but he is driven to go beyond his client's expectations. He demonstrated that he is quick, efficient, and very resourceful. He sent emails and documents as soon as possible, and never stopped pushing for others involved in the process to fulfill their roles.
  
  He connected us with anyone that we needed and introduced us to a Land Planning Consultant, Lucy Stuart, to help us acquire a special use permit. Not only that, but he personally drove down to the Clark County Comprehensive Planning building to seek the letter of approval we needed before our timeline came to an end. Within the hour, he called me with the approval results, and started sending out emails to begin planning for us to sign the closing documents. I don't know of many people who would do that, but that showed me how much he valued our business and relationship.
  
  From start to finish, Victor handled everything with care, making one feel like family. I fully recommend and support Victor Regalado for your real estate needs. Whether it be exploring Victor's endless patience for the search of our dream space, or him handling everything with ease and professionalism, we could tell from the start he was determined to help us buy our office condo. We're confident that Victor was interested in our personal gain, and not just his own.
  
  After moving into our new building, we received a personal box from Victor and First Real Estate Companies, thanking us for trusting them with our purchase. We've purchased properties before, with other companies, and at the end they did not show the thanks that Victor and the team showed. It warmed our hearts and ensured us they genuinely cared about us and our investments.

  Pam has been a genuine and truthful person for both of my real estate purchases spanning 2 decades. She is diligent and calming when it is needed. No question is silly, and I was valued no matter what I asked. The clear communication is top notch. If you want someone passionate, driven and all about getting you the house of your dreams, she's your realtor!!!!!

  I was having a hard time finding the right place because I have a cat, and First Real Estate got me the most amazing condo ever. The team is very professional, patient, and hard-working. Communication was impeccable. Thank you, Victor and Pam, for getting Midnight and me our incredible new home!
