I had the honor of selling one of my personal Las Vegas high-rise condos through The Brooks Team with EXP Realty. Dan did an excellent job of recommending the proper list price to insure my property sold in front of the competition. The marketing Director, Bingle Pizarro did an amazing job with the photography, videography, writing the marketing content and quickly had this property marketed to multiple potential buyers.
The entire listing and escrow process was perfectly managed by the escrow manager, Sandra Jones. Sandrs did an incredible job of managing the sale process from start to finish. She was very detailed and made sure I completed my responsibilities and stayed ahead of all timing deadlines.
This was a great experience and I am blessed to have an experienced, ethical team that helped me achieve my real estate goals with this highrise sale.
