Freedom Firearms was absolutely exceptional, and exceeded expectations. As a first time gun buyer these guys were helpful, honest, educating and willing to spend quality time to ensure that if you had any questions they were answered. There was no egotistical, know it all mentality from the employee that helped me. Very pleased by the customer service and experience I had. I don’t do reviews but in todays world when a place is just on top of it and respectful and helpful and genuinely great at what they do I don’t think it should go unnoticed. There’s a handful of gun stores in Vegas and I am glad I walked into the right one today. This placed gained a loyal customer and I wish there was 6 stars to click on.

Every time I enter this store several people stop and say hi, makes it feel very friendly. I’ve spoken to several different associates there and they’re all knowledgeable in all their products. I’ve never felt pushed to buy and that made me want to come back and buy from them. I’ve shopped around at a lot of other shops around town and this is my store for my needs. Curtis & Herb are the two guys I’ve talked to the most and feel most comfortable working with. Don’t get me wrong, everyone else was cool also. They also have a great selection. I definitely recommend Freedom Firearms!

Store is clean and well organized. Its a cozy space but they have made masterful use of what they have. The staff is nice, if you know what you want they wont look to sell you on anything. The most important thing to me though? They are fast- I came in relatively late on a Sunday I figured I may have to come in on Monday to pick up, within a few hours they had completed my check and we were good to go.

Absolutely loved the customer service and knowledge offered by the associates working there. Have been to a few gun shops, and would definitely recommend this shop! Their customer service is top tier! They have tons of patience, and knowledge and want to make sure you leave with what you like and feel comfortable! They’re not just there trying to push a sell on you. Will be coming here a lot more often!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Curtis and Mike were very helpful and professional. Best pricing in Vegas. It’s almost the furthest one from me but worth the drive. Store was busy but I never felt neglected while waiting. Purchased 2 firearms from here and will continue to be my go to. Their inventory is great when comparing models and they are very patient when making decisions. They understand the time it takes to make the right purchase and I never felt rushed.
