We just wanted to express our sincere appreciation to Nathalie of the Lake Forest store who came out to our house on her own time to help a couple of old, technically challenged folks set up their TV. It was so above and beyond the call of duty, and with her expertise, she accomplished in record time what would have taken us hours to do. Thank you so much.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the employee, Joshua, who took excellent care of my mom and I. We came in with a hundred million questions and kept changing our minds on things repeatedly lol Josh was SOOOO patient and professional and extremely kind! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions with ease. He never forced or pushed us to buy anything and helped us come to a decision on what was right for each of us! He was very open and honest about our bill and what to expect on it so that there would be no surprises! He is definitely an outstanding employee and I sincerely hope he gets rewarded for it!!! We were not expecting to have THIS wonderful of an experience but we are so grateful for him! Thank you!!

With sales reps like Dave I'd recommend AT&T a 10 out of 10 over other services. His customer service skills were amazing, multitasking customers while still being personable and polite. I will definitely recommend the El Toro AT&T location due to David’s help at getting me the best plan for me AND saving me money overall!:)

Recently went in to trade in my phone as well as buy a new one. The customer service was amazing, I always have a great experience at this store. Joshua helped me throughout the whole process and made sure to give me a thorough explanation of all my options. Dr. Hi was my oncologist with Optum Breast Care. When she left and went to Comprehensive Cancer centers, I chose to follow her. Because of my lengthy relationship with my previous team oh, I was a little apprehensive about transferring to a totally different office. However, my experience with comprehensive Cancer has been a beautiful one and I am very comfortable there. Because of doctor Ho and the rest of my Medical team, my fight with breast cancer was a smooth and swift one. Doctor Ho is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Not to mention, she's very compassionate and she listens. Most importantly, she shows that she cares. She was able to answer every question that I have had and to educate me every step of the way. She was very strict at times when I needed her to be, even though I was uncomfortable with the things that I needed to do. Because of her faithfulness to her patients and her strict medical supervision, I am almost 2 years cancer free. My body had a total response to chemotherapy. Doctor Ho knew exactly what I needed and she got me started right away. Because of that, she saved my life. I feel indebted to her and I enjoy every follow up appointment. I love my Oncologist❤️

Dr Ho and staff are friendly and efficient. Wait time is never more than 10-15 minutes, usually less. When asking questions, Dr. Ho gives concise, but understandable answers. Her professional, yet compassionate demeanor is appreciated. I recommend her highly.

I have been going here for about 13 years. I started out with Dr. Allen she was great. Then she retired and now I see Dr. HO who has replaced her. I miss Dr. Allen but I really love Dr. Ho. Se is wonderfull. I never have to wait. Always on time. She addresses all my concerns and listens and gives me great advice. She shows a lot of knowledge when addressing all my concerns.
I am grateful she has become my new oncologist
