I can't say enough about how fantastic my experiences are with Dr. H and crew. I say "are" because I'm still in the process of of rebuilding a smile that was yeeeears overdue for service. The fear of finally addressing my problems was quickly put to ease upon meeting the staff and Dr. H. Weirdly enough, I love going there, maybe not so much for the drilling and stuff, but ALWAYS for the staff and the comfort I feel there! Just like a family.

Dr. Heltzel is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He listens and truly cares about his patients. The entire staff are professional, personable, & take pride in their work and keep the office running efficiently.

Dr. Hetzel and his staff are exceptional in every way imaginable. I just had my second set of silver fillings replaced yesterday, and I can already feel my energy levels increasing! From Erin to Susan, Linda, Devon and the rest of the staff I will always be forever grateful. You guys are top notch, bless you all.

The office and staff is just amazing! We were dissatisfied with our former dentist hospitality and treatment options. So we sought for something new. We called James M. Hetzel and they were so kind and nice over the phone they didn't rush to get off and they answered all of our questions, even though we had a lot. When we came to the office we were amazed with how welcoming they were. It's a beautiful office and even the patients in the waiting room were incredible. We were so happy with the care here and how they link your dental care to other parts of your body. They explain everything so well, and they genuinely care about the health of their patients. They bend over backwards to help the patients. I over heard the hygienist say she would come to work early to help a patient who missed her appointment and drove 9 hours to get here. I can't find care like that anywhere else. This is the first time we have been excited to go to the dentist.
