Pho Kim Long at Town Square - Vietnamese Kitchen & Bar

Their food is consistently good. I love their vegan pho soup. They butter the veggies. Their spring rolls are also good but you HAVE to get the crab ragoons. The service is just okay even when it's slow but the food makes it totally worth going!

I'm vietnamese and my whole life I've been dining in phở restaurants in the U.S. all over from Los Angeles, California to Houston Texas. So I always know what to expect when walking into an authentic vietnamese restaurant. It usually entails wooden floors, menu with pictures, a mom&pop shop that has a homey feeling, allowing people to enjoy the comforts of Vietnam. So this weekend was just like any ordinary weekend, searching for good vietnamese restaurants as usual. So I decided to pick this place near the Southside of Vegas. Allow me to tell you that I was shocked when I enter through the double doors, I have never seen such an opulent architecture design that serves Viet food. I mean I had to a double take to make sure I didn't walk into the wrong place. Everything inside this restaurant was so enriching, from the marble walls, to the fine dining plates, see through glass of the kitchen and the bar countertop that was vibrant with interchanging colors. Whoever the owner is, took Vietnamese street food and infused it with modern interior decor to make a statement that we do not eat in the slums that we had come from afar but we have better ourselves. Which had me throughly impressed as I sat down.
Let's talk about food:
The cởi cuốn is a staple of vietnamese appetizer, and they went to great lengths to ensure each roll was wrapped with precision by also including fresh shrimp and other vegetables that made it so delicious and the sauce that is include was made compliments the rolls. Next is the phở, the broth was rich and hearty in flavor, and what I love what they done with the meats that is in the soup was put them in at the right time so when it was served it has a medium rare texture that burst in juices when you consume it. The noodles were cooked to perfection, not too underdone where it falls apart but not too overdone where it still has that texture that you can slurp up for days. The lunch I had is not one I'm going to forget, when my parents come down to visit, I will have to take them there. Everything was delicious that I had to take a second to admire everything they had done, and I decided that I might want to try their cơm tấm nướng, but I had to take that to go which is broken rice with porkchops and a sunny side egg. I had to take this to go obviously, but again, extremely impressed how they serve high quality vietnamese food. To be honest though, they are alittle pricey, and it won't be my everyday go to place for phở but if I needed to impresse people with what my country has to offer, you best believe I'm taking them here. I hope they can expand and setup shop alittle closer to home but they earned an A++ job on aesthetics of plating, interior design, and quality on food. I hope this review finds the vietnamese people and whomever enjoys South East Asian cuisine to come down and try this terrific experience.

From San Diego and we heard from locals this location was the best for Fried Egg Rolls. We were seated right away right next to the bar that's all lit up in different colors very cool! We got the egg rolls right away and they were hot and the dipping sauce was tasty! The Pad Thai was delicious and so where the drunken noodle's. The atmosphere was beautiful, modern, and contemporary. Very friendly and attentive staff. Best in Vegas for fresh Vietnamese Food!

This is my family's first time at this location. Glad they opened up at this location because it is closer and cleaner than the one in China Town. We were seated right away. Kevin was our waiter. Naturally, I ordered Pho. It was delicious! My husband ordered Beijing Beef w/ rice and he loved it. We got chicken fried rice for our two very picky girls and they loved it as well. The atmosphere was beautiful, modern, and contemporary. Very friendly and attentive staff. Kevin did great! I'm glad that we have a main spot now whenever we are craving Pho. Oh, and I could not stop ordering their Thai tea! Super delicious!
