Lindsey is a fantastic therapist and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing some guidance and support. She employs a variety of techniques designed to address the needs of each particular patient she has. If you need to talk it out? Great. She will do that with you. If you just need someone to listen? She will do that too. If you need direction and suggestions to get a better grasp on what is troubling you? She will provide that to you. Her knowledge and experience in her field will provide you with the comfort & support that you are seeking. She is calm, accepting, non-judgmental and results-oriented. My life has drastically improved because of my sessions with her. In fact, I periodically go to see her for refreshers even when things in my life are going well! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her.
I would also like to say that I am shocked in reading another review on google, making all sorts of outrageous claims. From the bottom of my heart, I can tell you that Lindsey is nothing like what was described by this person. I have known her for more than 9 years. Please schedule an appointment with her and you will see for yourself! She is worth every single penny (and even more!). She is an incredible human being and a fantastic therapist.
Lindsey is a very calm, compassionate and loving person. She is nonjudgemental and creates a safe environment for you to express yourself. She helped me gain the skills that I needed to recover from my eating disorder. Lindsey is so knowledgeable and really helped me to understand the way my brain works so that I could recover.
