and without hesitation I would give RRS 6 Stars if I could...I contacted Lee Pepper to discuss a better sound system for my Church, Lee offered to come by and listen to what we had and even offered assistance to tweak the system for optimum performance in order to save us the expense of a brand new system.
After seeing what we were dealing,  he and I agreed on the sonic picture that would best suit our needs, our budget, and my wishes; he got the dimensions of our church then designed a system. Sent me drafts of our Worship Center then sent me the quote... RRS handled the install with a professional rigger, a really wonderful person too! The entire experience was seemless, fun, and state of the art; we couldn't be happier, musicians, singers, speakers and congregation...zero complaints!
