LVE is an outstanding lab. They stood behind their high quality works and I am very happy their customer services.
The lab used to be very detailed oriented, in particular on Large Reconstructive cases. Beautiful work.I do not know if the lab has gotten too busy or perhaps not busy enough and they lack of personnel. In the past Ray would communicate with the Dr. on a timely basis when requested. Now, it takes a long time to reach Ray or get back to you, particualrly when re-do's or any questions arise after the case has been done. We submitted pictures and models on a case done couple of yrs ago as requested by him and he never contacted the Dr. back. Several crowns were beautifuly done but it lack mesial or distal contacts. I am very detailed and expects the best, as the impressions taken and protocols of a reconstructive case are followed. Sadly, I would consider another lab that provides a better communication with the Dr.
