The service provided by LoveBug is always awesome, and not what you would expect from a traditional retail store. Rather than constantly pushing a sale, LoveBug seems committed to finding a solution, whether using their products or not. Last week I was looking for a solution of a ultra light weight rear facing car seat for a friend and was ready to spend money on a new solution. After talking with Crystal, rather than her just selling me something, she asked what was already being used and told me how to use that instead. Now there isn't wasted space of an item used infrequently, my friend has a product she is already familiar with, and it saved me money! Thank you!

Such a lovely store! And what a helpful and knowledgeable staff!! I wanted to surprise my brother, so I got my newborn nephew the best car seat I've ever seen AND the softest bamboo pajamas.
