I was fortunate enough to not have to wait long. The staff there is very kind and personable. Didn't try over sell items to me, just letting me know my options. They were pretty awesome.

Even though there was a wait because all bays were full ,I was greeted promptly by a professional trained staff and I was in and out in under 20 minutes ... I highly recommend going there for an oil change

Highly satisfied with the outstanding service from the oil change to the high quality customer service, all that within 15 minutes while I am waiting comfortably in my car.In other car service shops it can take from 1 hour to 3 hours wait. I can’t thank enough the amazing management and the excellent hard working team. It is an excellent experience I will never forget!! Thank you Valvoline management and team for the 10 star service!!
