When my very unique electric utility vehicle that is used to tug aircraft in and out of the hangar was dead in the water, so was the aircraft. Damian picked up the cart, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and delivered the cart back to me within 24 hours. Great communication, great responsiveness, problem solved!
