Paul is excellent, I was in much pain so he taught me some exercises to help strengthen my back, he done some massage on my back to break up the adhesion. When he was finished I was out of pain completely. He is so knowledgeable. If you have back problems Paul is who you would want to see. Great personal trainer and Massage Therapist. Highly recommend.
