(February 23, 2019, 1:17 pm)I am not sure where all of the negativity is coming from, but my husband & I had a great experience here. We had an issue with the 1st payment on our new auto loan (totally our fault). The branch manager, Patricia, sat down with us and fixed our mistake. She took as much time as we needed explaining different products we were interested in. After we were done, she introduced us to the teller to complete our transaction. I thought this branch was quite professional and made us feel right at home. Going back today to open a checking account!
