Dena is one I want to highlight; She always has the best attitude and logical solutions to any issues that come her way; Approach her with a frown she will turn it upside-down! Special thanks to her and others that have made my stay here more enjoyable.

(February 27, 2022, 9:35 pm)Love love this place. The staff has always been nice to me from the front desk to the maintenance. I've just enjoyed my stay. Love the location on Carnaby St. I love to take some walks in the neighborhood. It's nearby all kinds of shopping and restaurants places. Just perfect! Only thing I've had to complain about was the noise from one of the residents, but that got taken cared of. Really, not much to complain. Kuddos to the staff and to Extended Stay hotels.
