  Judd Asay, is so caring and very passionate about helping people with hearing needs. Being able to hear conversations clearly again has changed my life. I love my Behind the ear hearing aids. Great experience.

  I cannot praise the service I received here highly enough. Nancy expertly resolved the problem with my hearing aids, provided excellent advice on how to prevent the problem from recurring, and sent me on my way with everything I need to take care of these devices. Both she and Ellia (please forgive my spelling) were super helpful and friendly. This was such a positive experience! Thank you.

  Judd Asay and his staff are great. They care about you and are always smiling. The audio tests are more than the typical “push the button when you hear the tone”. There are tests for words and phrases, something I had never experienced. Judd is calm, compassionate, and understanding of your hearing loss.
  
  You have multiple choices for hearing aids, based on the amount and type of hearing loss. No pressure. He explains the pros/cons of each. After choosing and fitting, you try a fully cleaned and sanitized sample pair, specifically tuned to your hearing loss. It’s amazing!
  
  After purchase, they don’t disappear. You get free quarterly aid checkups, not your hearing test, and new aid tips. You can ask questions anytime and get answers. Judd will even tweak any settings necessary after you wear them for a while, to provide the best quality hearing experience.
  
  I have a very profound hearing loss, have since 1987. I have been told over the years there was nothing that could be done. Well, technology has finally caught up, and while my loss cannot be “fixed”, the hearing aids I chose about 2½ years ago have been amazing! Just ask my wife and closest friends.
  
  I join in conversations everywhere instead of sitting alone in a corner. I’m not making excuses for not hearing or responding or saying “what did you say?” nearly as often. No, they didn’t fix everything, but my quality of life improved tremendously.
  
  A word of caution. It will take time to get used to the fullness in your ears. Mine are very small over the ear because no in-ear device was powerful and advanced enough. It does take time to get used to the over the ear, especially if you wear glasses. But because the module is so small, it rarely gets in the way. Most people will never know you are wearing them, unless they notice you participating more.

  My husband and I were very impressed with My Hearing Centers. The staff are professional and personable and Judd does a very comprehensive assessment. We were surprised to learn what hearing loss does to the brain. It is worthwhile to get it checked out by the best! Your aids are scheduled for quarterly cleanings, lithium battery replacement and any adjustments are all inclusive. They stand behind the quality of their product and I highly recommend My Hearing Centers.

  The staff at My Hearing Centers are warm, friendly, professional and helpful. Judd is patient and listens to my concerns and does his best to address each of them. We are still working on the best fit for me, but I am confident we will make it work. The office is clean and well maintained and I feel safe and confident with this wonderful group of professionals.
