I feel so very Blessed to have been referred to “A PLUS HOME HEALTH CARE” as well as their Sister Company ELDERCARE SERVICES by a very close friend who is a DIRECTOR at one of our Local Hospitals.
She said, “If this were my family member needing care” these are the two companies I would trust completely for my family members!!

Trusting her advice, I contacted both Sister Agencies to set up care for my 78 year old mother that had been suffering from COVID-19 in and out of the Hospital and Rehab facilities for 30 days and in desperate need of quality home healthcare that provided Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, as well as Personal Care assistants...which A PLUS HOME HEALTH & ELDERCARE SERVICES were both able to accommodate all of these services!!

Upon calling, I was greeted by Matt, one of the owners of these two “Family Owned & Operated” businesses. I can’t speak highly enough to how helpful, kind, compassionate and caring Matt was!! He literally “Moved Mountains” for me to set up care quickly for my mom! He, his sister Maisie, and their staff have been in constant contact w me daily either by phone or text to see how care takers are doing and to communicate schedules, etc...VERY EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION with Both of these companies which is of such vital importance during the recovery of a loved one. I am highly impressed!!

Their CARETAKERS have been wonderful!!
Matt and the staff take the utmost care in selecting CARETAKERS that are experienced, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate!! Our CARETAKERS handled all tasks mom needed with a smile and made her always feel very comfortable!

The levels of professionalism from day one owner Matt, Maisie, and their entire staff of caregivers & schedulers have provided us during my moms daily recovery process has been ABOVE & BEYOND!!

Definitely a place where you can expect quality standards. Their PT and Nurses are always on top of their job description. They are excellent, and would always go extra miles. Definitely recommend this company to anyone who are looking for a professional and friendly service.

If ever you or someone you know needs nurses, physical therapists, certified nurse assistants, etc, definitely choose A Plus Home Health. The management and the staff are so welcoming, so informative, and they truly do their best to help you the best way they can. Their nurses, physical therapists, certified nurse assistants, etc are so understanding, empathetic, and caring to their patients and they do the best way they can for their patients, too. A Plus truly is one of the best home health agencies here in Vegas.

A Plus does deliver A+ quality medical services. From calling their office, scheduling my parents, and obtaining proper authorization for their nurses and other medical staff to come out.

Nursing Care: All nurses were caring and compassionate. My parents never felt rushed. They were careful and loving in the way they spoke and delivered nursing care.

Physical Therapy: The guys are a beast! my parents loved them! and they helped my parents with the range of motion and get them to a better version of themselves.

Overall, I would use them again without a doubt. They are also all COVID COMPLIANT! which is a added perk in their industry.

I want to thank A-Plus Home Health for providing my father with excellent nurses and physical therapist when he got discharged from the hospital with a stroke. Special shout out to Franco for giving the best in service and helping him get back into tip top shape. He is recovering very well! This company has been a blessing~
