SEMCO Modern Seamless Surface

We have used Semco for about 15 years on several successful projects as SBW Semco. Our company has worked on hundreds of Semco all over the U.S., including Virgin Islands, and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. We strongly believe there is no other product like this out in the market. Our clients love the product and usually come back to us with more projects and/or recommendations.
No product is perfect, and although Semco is very durable, if there is ever any issues, Semco provides warranty for their products. It is very easy for us to communicate with Semco wether it is via email or via phone call. They are always responsive and helpful with any questions we have. Awesome product and first class service. Sona is super helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish I had known about the product years ago. Would have solved so many problems. Being able to pour down a beautiful and resilient flooring is pure magic. I am new to the product but was referred by a friend who has had a great success using it in multi M$ homes in SF.

Bought their Liquid Membrane for my pool beginning of last year. It is still holding up great and the color is wonderful. It was easy to apply as well. My neighbours ended buy using it for their koi pond which they have redone this spring. They re also very happy with it!
