  Freddy took my call and booked me an appointment last minute! When I arrived he was courteous and assisted right away. And honored my appointment time. The technician working on my car was very polite, helpful and fast even though they were very busy that day. Topped off fluids and reset my dash without me having to remind him!

  Very informative & all around great people! I would recommend to anyone & will return for myself again. They even helped me with a fog light that was out that i couldn't do myself. Thank u again, great service..

  I came to this Meineke after my car sat for 5 days at another Meineke only collecting dust. I spoke with both Managers at this location, Freddy and Derek, and they both emphasized they were sorry that I was receiving such bad service at the other Meineke. When I asked if I could bring my car to them they were absolutely on board and promised progress within 24 hours and if it was going to be the water pump then it would be a top priority job and would have it back ASAP. Then the frustrating part happened. This Meineke 'Pressure Tested' my coolant system, both cold and hot. I know for a fact the other shop did not do a hot pressure test, they need me to start the vehicle. And quite frankly, it seems obvious that the other shop never pressure tested my system in the first place, which is the first thing you do after verifying the customer complaint, which in this case was coolant on my oil pan front center of my engine. After this shop did the pressure test they could not replicate my leak. More than likely the system was not properly bled when it was worked on last, by a Meineke in Denver, and an air bubble finally worked itself out. I have yet to see any coolant since. If the other shop did their job, I would have had my car back within 24 hours of taking it last week. I really appreciate the Management and the Technicians at this Meineke. They are highly professional and I would suggest bringing your vehicle here for repair!!!

  I would like to recommend this place to everyone. I bought rotors and brakes because my friend was going to install them, but he never had time. So I just took my parts here. They used them, and charged me for labor. The experience was great. And Fred was awesome. Thanks again!

  If I could give more stars, I would. Being a woman, I always HATE walking into any automotive business, whether it be a dealership or otherwise. It's unfortunate to generalize but I've been the victim many times before of businesses trying to take advantage of me, seeing I have kids, and trying to sell me on completely unnecessary things and making it sound scary like something bad will happen if I don't fix it now. Not to mention, I just moved here, so I'm even more of a target!
  
  With my hesitations I called this location to make an appointment for an oil change. Derrick answered and made my appointment for me. I was asking about a Groupon to confirm some details and he mentioned that their location isn't signed up with Groupon even though their address is listed, but to come in and they will honor the pricing and might even have a better discount to offer. Honestly, my radar went up, but I said I'd give it a shot.
  
  I walked in and was greeted by the manager, Freddy. I mentioned my exchange with Derrick, and Freddy happily explained the issue with Groupon but assured me he could offer even better pricing as Groupon limited the amount of oil. It puts me at ease when someone can explain the situation to me clearly so I can understand, so starting off this interaction this way really helped with the initial hesitation I had.
  
  Although they were busy and it was a bit of a wait, I didn't mind because of how friendly Freddy was. He even saw me waiting outside with my child as I was making some phone calls and asked if I wanted anything from next door. Who does that now days?
  
  He made a statement, that "we are like family here", and I definitely got that vibe. I'm so appreciative of Freddy. He didn't try to sell me on anything, but he did educate me on some issues with my car. When I let him know it was a lease, he urged me to take it back to the dealership to have them address their mistakes. Instead he could have set a scary scenario for me making me feel the need to fix it right away. He didn't take advantage of me. This is what makes a good business and keeps customers coming back. I know this will be my go to for all my needs.
