Fast service. I was greeted to make sure I was in the right place. Jacob was congenial and made sure I knew how much it was going to cost to ship my packages. He answered all my questions. Pleasant experience all around.

I’m from Oakland California I just moved to the area and I needed to get documents printed and faxed. When I walked in multiple Mexican lady employers just looked at me awkwardly and even when asked for help I wasn’t helped professionally but one employee by the name of Josh helped me immediately he was very helpful and didn’t make me feel as illiterate as I was the guy was professional, upbeat, energetic, appeared happy and had only positive energy. He’s the only reason I will be returning to the store as a customer. He brings good business I’m 32 so I appreciate the patience he took with my lack of computer knowledge. My money well spent.
