My side by side Samsung Refrigerator stopped working. The freezer side was still good, but the fridge section died. I called around to 5-6 different repair shops and got the answers that they didn't do Samsung, didn't do residential, etc. I called Comfort Home, and they were very courteous, and scheduled a 4 hour window for later in the day. The technician Eddie, called me an hour out to tell me he was on his way. He asked me what then problem was, and he showed up right in the middle of the window. He immediately knew exactly what was wrong, had the parts on his truck, and fixed my Samsung in about an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, and just a real gentleman. I highly recommend Comfort Home for their excellent work. Thanks Eddie!
