Holy Spirit Catholic Church

Warm and angelic in its beauty, the altar, the gathering itself & sermons in Latin. This is Thee place for me. No other church would I rather sit in while pursuing the knowing of my God. Unequivocally one of my favorite places in the entirety of this beautiful area.

This is my parish! I love it here. It's a small building packed w big, young families, middle age, grandparents who LOVE the TLM. We have an amazing humble priest who gets up early every Sun & travels 45-1 hr to get to HS by 7 & opens the Confessional by 7:15 before the 8 AM Mass. He hears Confession again by 9:15 before the 10 AM. We receive Our Lord Jesus Christ kneeling at the Communion rail & on the tongue. It's a miracle & everyone in this little parish knows it. May God in His Mercy allow this miracle to continue!

This is the closest Traditional Latin Mass within a 100 miles of Reno. I have grown up going to to SSPX Mass so I was very happy to find a Church that had the Traditional Mass while I was in Reno over the weekend.

We went to church on Feb. 21st 2021 at 8am. We were visiting from Dublin California. Confessions are before mass. Beautiful experience.

I grew up attending Mass in the traditional Latin form and am very happy that Holy Spirit is only a short drive from my home... And always nice to see my fellow parishioners on Sunday...
