  My fiance' and I were just beginning our search into the Reno area among a list of other cities. We happened to run across Piper Mullen as the listing agent for a home we happened to drive by on the way out of town. We mentioned we were about to drive out of town and wondered on the off chance that we could see the home. She was quick to accommodate and showed us the home in minutes. We were very impressed by her thoroughness, knowledge, and professionalism, but captivated by her client advocacy. By the time we left, we had scheduled a visit the next weekend to see several houses that we saw and some that she recommended. That next weekend, we Piper and everything was highly organized. We didn't waste any time with non-contenders and by the end of the day, we knew we had found the home we wanted, made an offer, and closed within 30 days of starting our search. Throughout the process, Piper was most professional, efficient, and an amazing client advocate. The too common feeling of "close the sale, any sale, and move on" was never present. Rather, it was clear that Piper was treating our home buying experience as she was in our shoes and serving as our advisor and advocate. Piper was careful to consider every aspect and advise us on things from homeowner warranty to inspection through HOA clauses along every step of the way. Even after closing, Piper continues to check up on us and shows she truly cares about her clients. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home so that others' experiences will be as smooth, painless, and enjoyable as ours
