I went in with a list of questions and left feeling so comfortable. I realized I have nothing to worry about because I understand the choices I have and that the decisions for care are mine. It didn’t hurt that Dr. Chevallier has a great manner and sense of humor. I am so thankful I was recommended to her.

He is thorough and informative so when you leave everything and every question has been answered in simple terms for the average patient to understand. The staff at ENT is very polite and you can see a smile underneath their mask. And finally the office is “ Sanitary “. ??

Dr. Mathis listened and answered all of my medical questions and concerns so patiently throughout the whole process. After surgery,
Dr. Mathis continued to give me a positive outlook on my recovery.
Also, his Reno ENT medical staff are so friendly, bilingual and helpful.

His bedside manner with my very anxious eight-year-old who was in an emergency situation put both of us at ease. If I could give a sixth star I would.
