The staff was great and treated me very well.. Always there when I needed help and when I had any questions. The patient care was great and they were all very professional and excellent at their jobs. If you have to be in the hospital, this is the place. Thank you for the excellent care I received. Went in for asthma related issues. The front desk staff was amazing. Nurses were amazing. The doctor was soooo nice and understanding. Best ER experience I've ever had.

Great hospital experience! From pre-op through surgery and recovery everything was perfect! A special complement to Dr Jones, Katie, Amanda and assistants for taking such good care of me! Highly recommend this hospital and staff for any procedure.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The staff was amazing. They were all professional and caring. They made me feel like I was important and giving me the best care possible was their top priority. I had surgery at another facility in Carson City in August, and they could use some lessons from NNMC on how to treat people. The Anesthesiologist and the recovery room nurse that took care of me deserve raises or a huge bonus. They did an absolutely wonderful job and I truly wish there were more doctors and nurses like the two of them. If I have to have surgery again NNMC will definitely be my first choice.

Excellent care provided following my total knee replacement surgery. The preop registration and testing process was so efficient. The nurses were attentive ensuring my pain control was well managed. The techs were available for assistance with moving to the bathroom and bringing me meals/snacks. The private room was perfect for a tough night of recovery before being sent home. I would definitely recommend Northern Nevada Medical Center to my friends and family.
