  Everything about my u-pack experience was wonderful! Where do I start. Well, reserving was a great person to talk with. When I loaded myself I could pull the uhaul right up to the back so it was quick and simple. When I picked up my load everyone was so nice. I was charged exactly what was said and it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else. If I move again I will only use them. I can't express enough about what a great experience it was. Especially during such a stressful time and everything went so smoothly. I highly recommend them!

  Great service for planned or impromptu moving plans. They haven't let me down yet in the worst of conditions. I'll recommend and continue to use them for any distance moving.

  I would highly recommend U-pack! We moved from Nevada to Ohio and U-pack rates are very reasonable. They were patient with me in rescheduling the move date and they were honest about the price quotation. No surprise charges whatsoever. All our things were delivered intact- no damages. The driver in Nevada and in Ohio were both helpful and friendly. We are very happy with U-pack services.

  I absolutely loved working with U-Pack. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and I would definitely use them again (although hopefully I will never need to). We have a tricky driveway and the driver was absolutely awesome at getting it in. I had to move my date a few times and there were no problems. We had timely delivery for both drop off at our takeoff and destination. Although it has been three days since I told them to pick up our trailer, and they haven't come to get it yet. But it really makes no difference to me...I have my stuff! I am so happy with them! Great to work with!
