  We recently sold our home in Mont Vernon and David Hall was our agent. Dave represented us when we bought our home 15 years ago and we were very pleased with his service so we used him again when we sold our home this year. He really knows the market and his recommendations in regard to the listing price of our home and accommodations we may want to make to the buyer was pretty accurate.   Dave Hall helped us buy a smaller home and sold our larger house in September 2019. He’s a consummate professional as well as extremely patient and personable. He has a warm sense of humor which we needed and appreciated during the stress of moving. Dave is a custom home builder as well as a realtor and knows what to look for and look out for when buying or selling a home. He listens and repeats back to make sure all are on the same page. He has an expertise with the internet which we found helpful (and amazing), and gives practical advise. Having grown up in the area, his knowledge of options available to his customers is invaluable. I would not and have not hesitated to recommend Dave Hall as a realtor, builder and friend.

  My wife and I were new to the Southern New Hampshire area when we started looking for a home earlier this year. My employer transferred me from Texas, and outside of the people I worked with, we knew basically no one. Of course, in talking with co-workers and acquaintances, everybody either knows or is related to the best real estate agent ever. Right. Having just gone through a negative experience selling our home in Texas with an agent that was recommended to us, we decided to do our own research to find one. I came across Dave’s name while looking at online reviews, so I left a message for him describing our situation and what our plans were. Despite being on vacation with his family in Maine, he responded within an hour. We met with him a week later, and it was a done deal. Dave is very easy to talk with, and really listened to what we had to say. He knows this region like the back of his hand, which is valuable for commuting, schools, shopping, etc. He’s also very familiar with the various builders in this area, and steered us away from certain homes based on that. He also put us in touch with a mortgage broker who was terrific. This was our seventh time purchasing a home, across four different states, and we are very particular on what we like and don’t like. Dave appreciated that, and was patient the entire time. Once we got to the point of making an offer, it became clear that Dave is very interested in protecting his clients’ interests. He advocated for us, and offered very useful suggestions while we were in escrow. This was our 13th time using a real estate professional, and Dave is at the top of the list. We highly recommend him.

  Dave Hall made me feel at ease the minute I met him and shook his hand. We are from Montana and my dad lived in Mont Vernon and we had to sell his house. Dave was always available for questions and we loved his sense of humor, which was great during a stressful time. Selling a house and losing your dad is stressful but Dave was not one of our stress points. Another issue is selling a house 2400 miles away. Dave acted like we were right there together working on this project. I have already recommended Dave to a neighbor and could easily say we got five star service.

  I cannot say enough about Dave and our positive experience with him as he guided us through the process of simultaneously buying and selling this year. He couldn't have been more professional throughout. He was ALWAYS available to us; via phone, email or text and never hesitated to listen and help when we had questions. He was honest and forthcoming in all situations. I would HIGHLY recommend Dave for anyone looking to buy or sell! I feel fortunate to have crossed paths with Dave during this process and will always value his expertise!
