She is constantly learning more about how the body works and then keeps applying new subtleties to help make me stronger.

Wearing heels I felt like I would topple over and I had a lack of confidence. Thank you so much Jody for helping me heal my body even further! You are the best. Oh yeah. (July 27, 2017, 10:04 pm)This Pilates studio has offered me the kind of movement education I have been looking for. Jody's sessions are painless, carefully engineered, and I find them meditative. I come from work feeling tired, but leave feeling exhilarated. I can see changes in my balance, strength, body conformation, symmetry, posture and stamina. No wonder I have had an increase in confidence! I'm beyond grateful for Jody's excellent, flexible teaching style and her creative approach to my particular needs.
