I have been seeing Dr. Garlin and Laura Moll for a few years now— they are fantastic! I moved about 40 minutes away from the office but I still make the drive because I can’t imagine seeing anyone else. They both are compassionate practitioners who don’t cut corners.

I’ve had positive experiences with the urgent care side of things as well when I’ve seen other doctors there.

The phlebotomist is absolutely delightful— she is such a chipper person. If you are uncomfortable or nervous getting bloodwork done, I highly recommend seeing her: she will no doubt put you right at ease and give you a few laughs while you’re there.

My only “negative” experience has been on the phone with a couple of the receptionists. They are helpful, but it’s evident from their tone that they are annoyed or would rather be doing something other than speaking with you; I’ve noticed it a handful of times but it was always the same one or two people— everyone else is lovely!

Dr Nguyen is the best PCP I have ever had. My brothers, father in law and friends are all patients of his. Although I have complex medical issues he has never treated me like I was a seeker or a nuisance. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I would recommend him for anybody that is looking for a new PCP.

A very special Thank You to all the receptionists that provide such a friendly caring visit. From getting you checked in quickly to answering all your questions and never making you feel uneasy. They keep everything spotless and always have a smile for you !! Never hesitating to find the answers that will make your day just a little better. Thank You for all you do. Sheila St Jacques
