  I can't say enough good things about Allyssa. She is amazing at what she does and is truly dedicated to her clients. I've had hip and knee problems my entire life. After one session I noticed a difference in how much better I could walk as well as a decrease in pain. After a few sessions my pain was virtually none existent. I could go on about all my silly ailments that she's fixed. She is definitely a major part of my self care plan.

  I had a full hour of lymphatic services yesterday and my ruptured disk is less painful, I have great energy, even walked 1.5 miles this morning! I highly recommend this service! Alyssa is fantastic!!

  I have been Allyssa's client for a little over a year now and I can't say enough about how great she is. Allyssa is very knowledgeable and always so courteous. My wife has also gone to see her this year and loves it! Not only have regular massages helped me in my triathlon training, but they have significantly improved my overall health and well being. I always feel great after seeing Allyssa!

  I'm a runner and Allyssa has worked with me to help alleviate my aches and pains. Depending on my schedule or what is bothering me that day, she will adjust what she works on so each session is different. MUCH better than just getting a generic massage and lot more helpful too! Would recommend to anyone -- whether you are an athlete or are just looking for a good massage.
