  Jamie helped us though our move-in experience and was very professional. She was always responded quickly to all of our questions and went above and beyond to ensure that we would feel comfortable moving to our new apartment. Thank you Jamie!
  
  Ralph in maintenance management is also an outstanding employee at Red Oak Properties. He too goes above and beyond to help remedy maintenance issues and he responds quickly to maintenance requests. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

  I just wanted to say that Meghan was really superb in helping ensure my son completed all paperwork and had everything submitted as it needed to be for him to get into his first apartment. I realize some of you may be wondering why someone would take the time to write a review that talks about someone doing a good job. It has been my experience that sometimes it is the right thing to do when talking about someone who goes above and beyond. At the end of our lives what we will hold most dear is the kindness we rendered to others. And Meghan did that for me and my son. Many thanks to you Meghan.

  This was a really great experience, we needed a place short notice and Meghan was on it. She got us in and was so helpful through the process. I’ve never moved into a place and felt so stress free. Absolutely amazing place to live. 10/10!

  My husband and I have had a wonderful experience at Milford Trails. From the very beginning the leasing agent, Megan, was super helpful. The process was very efficient and fast. Also, the apartments here are beautiful and most of the tenants are really nice and friendly. This would a great place for kids, and is very dog friendly!
  
  I would recommend to anyone, especially pet lovers :)
