YOUR BEST OPTION IN NEW ENGLAND BAR NONE! The sales, service, and overall experience cant be beat! Always friendly & accommodating, helpful & knowledgeable, fair & competitive pricing, and most importantly good honest people. If your looking for a top dealer / shop that will treat you right and bend over backwards to accommodate your toy "needs" look no further. I wish there was a bonus sixth star rating reserved only for well documented excellence! Bold statements right? Feel free to carry on to my detailed accounts of supportive experiences here below:
When my old sleds motor let go on me early last season after many years and many thousands of tough miles treked; I decided it was time to invest in a modern machine (you know... with an actual suspension, ergonomically engineered design, balanced and formidable power-to-weight ratio, and handling that didnt rely on banking / skill / balls / excessive braking / or all of the above) so after countless hours of homework and discussions with seasoned guides I determined I would snowcheck a 2020 Polaris- final answer. Only questions remaining were which one and where should I send that business? First I went to a couple of options that were geographically closer to my home and ran into salespeople intent on clearing out the leftovers in the showroom. My Grandfather who's dealt with most of, if not all of, the regional options at some point or another over the years strongly suggested "I had better reach out to Jody over at Amherst Motorsports because they'd take good care of me and have top notch service technicians." Not long after Jody agreed to meet with us at a nearby event where the next year models were on display and reviewed all model options and spec's with me to help me understand what was available and make the right decision and customizable options for me and my families needs.
When my 850 Indy XC 137 #RedSled arrived I missed the VM due to a broken cell screen at the time and when I finally got back to them their pickup schedule and build que was packed up. I scheduled pickup for a few weeks out based on my work schedule availability. Fast forward a copule of days and I found out I'd be available to pick it up that same weekend instead. They didn't even hesitate and made it happen. And to boot; the day I was there to pick it up they outfitted the sled with some options and accessories I decided I wanted at the last minute (because I'm admittedly a pain like that) AND THEY INSTALLED THEM FLAWLESSLY IN LESS TIME THAN IT TOOK TO FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK AND FREE OF CHARGE ON LABOR!
My next unreasonable request that they knocked out of the park: Was a last minute call to see if I could get some goodies ordered up and installed ahead of a trip up to Pittsburgh, NH about a week away. Whereas most would have offered to "see what they could do" at best, the A TEAM confirmed they could get their hands on the parts in time and committed to making it happen. They even agreed to meet me on a Holiday that they were closed on in order for me to get the sled dropped off to them without missing any trail time the weekend before OR needing to take any additional time off from work to get it over there. If that wasnt bad enough of me, I wanted to get a new helmet for my wife before the trip but she couldnt come with me to get fitted up properly. Jody let me borrow multiple options and sizes of helmets to have her try out for size so that we could get the right one selected and purchased before the excursion ahead. Thats well over $1000 worth of merchandise walking out of the door pre-payment all in order to make it as convenient as possible for the customer... WHO DOES THAT?!? Amherst Motorsports, that's who! If you made it this far into my review then you should probably stop trolling around and get down there to buy a toy or service one. Call it a tool if that's what you have to do to justify living "a little".
In my opinion; your expectations no matter what degree of reasonable (or not) will absolutely be exceeded because that's how they operate. See you out there!!!
They have been nothing short of excellent when it comes to sales and service. I've always had a great experience here.
Bought a few new sleds here, great staff, parts department are tops
Took my son's TRX 400 in for service and
some upgrades.Jody & Damon did an outstanding job meeting my expectations and delivering the level of quality I requested.
At drop off I specifically asked for OE Honda parts only, and informed them of my fanatical attention to detail.mission accomplished!!
Thank you Jody & Damon for exceeding my
expectations.
Service Dept. Highly Recommended!!!
I had them add a roof, sliders, exhaust, reflash, tires and rims and light bar to my 1000. Quality install and the guys at the counter were very helpful. I used to use a Polaris dealership in the area that I wasn't satisfied with will be going here for now on. My buddies also bought there machines here. You can see them in the pics.
