  Corey is a very honest guy, and knows how to handle his clientele. First time giving his shop my business, and told him that the other BMW dealership suggested for me to get fixed (Belt Tensioner & Oil Housing Gasket Leak). Not one of these items needed to be replaced and as soon as I got on the highway I got a call from him saying to come back that my car was fine and there was nothing wrong with it. Very very very honest guy, if I was to go through a BMW service advisor they would have replaced these items for well over $1,100 and thats excluding labor charges. Now, to me this makes BMW look very bad and I will NEVER give BMW my business again for the simple fact that they lie to there clients and don't care about you, all they care about is how much money they can make off of you. Thank you Corey for being an honest man, and I look forward to doing future business with you.

  My first impression with Perfection Auto fixing a power steering leak was very positive. They fixed it right, fixed it quickly and got me back on the road at a fair price. I was very comfortable doing business with the nice young couple who own this business. I will be back

  I literally never write reviews but when you've been given a hard time at other mechanics who dont want to work on your car because you own a BMW and other mechanics who will still work on your car with no idea about what they're actually doing, you really appreciate bmw master technicians. Heather was super helpful and had all my questions asked, answered. Corey in return was spectacular with his knowledge of BMWs. Pricing is also GREAT and BETTER than local mechanics who usually never have worked with bmws. I am so glad I found Ultimate Bimmer Services online! Thank you Corey and Heather!

  Cory is a stand up guy. I had an issue with my BMW 330ci convertible roof and he did what it took to get it fixed. I was very impressed with his honesty and integrity and left there with the confidence that my BMW was fixed and fixed right. If there ever is an issue with my BMW, I will not have any hesitation on where I will be bringing it.

  I brought my BMW X5 to Perfection Automotive, LLC while I was in the area visiting family. The sensor on the dash indicated that I needed the rear and brake lights to be fixed/replaced. While I was there I also asked for an oil change and for an overall inspection on my vehicle to determine if any other maintenance issues existed. It was time for a few belts/hoses to be replaced in addition to a small piece relating to the oil compartments which created some leakage that was normal for the mileage on my vehicle. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with my experience at Perfection Automotive, The work completed on my car was excellent, high quality work, the price was unbeatable, the waiting area was clean, modern, and comfortable and the people were nice, honest, trustworthy, and they knew what they were talking about. I live in the Washington, D.C. area but will continue to bring my vehicle to Perfection Automotive for all future services as often as possible. I most highly recommend Perfection Automotive and can also tell you that as a female, you can feel comfortable bringing your vehicle there because they will not lie to you or take advantage of you. Thank you Perfection Automotive for your service, I will be back!
